By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your access to our services.

02Acceptable Use

You may use our services for lawful business and personal purposes, including:

Developing, testing, and deploying software applications.

Hosting websites and web applications.

Storing and processing data in compliance with applicable laws.

Communicating with Core Cave for business inquiries, project collaboration, and support.

Any other purpose that complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

03Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using our services:

Illegal Activity

Using our services for any purpose that violates local, national, or international law.

Facilitating or promoting illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, or terrorism.

Distributing or hosting content that is illegal in Egypt or the jurisdiction where the content is accessed.

Harmful Content

Transmitting, distributing, or storing content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or harassing.

Distributing malware, viruses, trojans, worms, or any other malicious software.

Hosting phishing pages or content designed to deceive users into revealing sensitive information.

Security Violations

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account.

Conducting port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or penetration testing against systems you do not own or have explicit authorization to test.

Intercepting or monitoring data or traffic without authorization.

Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of our services or third-party systems.

Network Abuse

Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engaging in email harvesting.

Launching denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.

Consuming excessive resources in a way that degrades service for other users.

Intellectual Property Infringement

Distributing pirated software, music, films, or other copyrighted material without authorization.

Core Cave reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this policy, including but not limited to:

Temporarily suspending access to our services.

Permanently terminating access to our services.

Removing or disabling access to infringing or harmful content.

Reporting violations to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

The severity of enforcement action will be proportionate to the nature and impact of the violation. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect our users or systems.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
