Data Deletion

At Core Cave, we respect your right to control your personal data. You have the right to request the deletion of personal information we have collected about you.

This right is guaranteed under multiple frameworks including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Egyptian Law No. 151 of 2020 on Personal Data Protection.

To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

Your full name as provided to us.

The email address associated with your account or communication with us.

A description of the data you wish to have deleted.

Any relevant account identifiers or project references.

For verification purposes, please send the request from the email address associated with your data. If this is not possible, we may request additional verification.

Upon receiving your deletion request:

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.

We will verify your identity to ensure the security of your data.

We will process and complete the deletion within 30 days of verification.

You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

If we need additional time due to the complexity of the request, we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.

In certain circumstances, we may be required or permitted to retain some data even after a deletion request:

Data required to comply with legal obligations, such as financial records mandated by Egyptian tax law.

Data necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you.

Data required to fulfill ongoing contractual obligations.

We will inform you if any of your data falls under these exceptions.

If you have interacted with us through third-party platforms (such as Meta, Google, or Apple), please note:

We will delete the data we hold about you from these interactions.

You may also need to request data deletion directly from these platforms, as they maintain their own copies of your data.

Meta: Visit Settings > Your Facebook Information > Deactivation and Deletion.

Google: Visit myaccount.google.com > Data & Privacy > Delete your account.

Apple: Visit privacy.apple.com to submit a data deletion request.
