Refund & Cancellation Policy

011. Scope

This policy applies to all digital products, subscription services, and platform access purchased through Core Cave for Software LLC ("Core Cave", "we", "us") via our websites, applications, and payment gateways.

Core Cave is registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt under Commercial Registry No. 279778, Activity Code (ISIC) 6209.

022. Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are generally considered final once the service has been delivered or digital content has been accessed.

However, we comply with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and provide refund options under the conditions outlined below.

033. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of purchase under the following conditions:

3.1 Eligible for Refund

The digital product or service was not delivered or is inaccessible due to a technical issue on our end.

The product or service is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase.

You were charged incorrectly or received a duplicate charge.

The subscription was renewed after you submitted a cancellation request before the renewal date.

3.2 Not Eligible for Refund

You have accessed, downloaded, or used a substantial portion of the digital content or service.

The refund request is made more than 14 days after the date of purchase.

The product or service was purchased by mistake but has already been fully consumed.

You violated our Terms of Service, resulting in account suspension or termination.

044. Subscription Cancellation

Subscription-based services may be cancelled at any time. The cancellation process is as follows:

4.1 How to Cancel

Log in to your account and navigate to your subscription settings, or contact our support team at [email protected].

Submit a cancellation request at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.

4.2 Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

No further charges will be applied after the cancellation takes effect.

Any unused portion of the current billing period will not be refunded unless the cancellation is due to a service failure on our part.

055. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

5.1 Submitting a Request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".

Include your full name, email address associated with your account, order/transaction ID, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.

5.2 Processing Timeline

We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days.

Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 7-14 business days from acknowledgment.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Bank processing times may add an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

066. Refund Amount

Approved refunds will be issued for the full amount paid, minus any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment gateway that are non-recoverable.

Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion for partially consumed services.

All refund amounts are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

077. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

In cases of service outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours, affected subscribers will receive a pro-rated credit or refund automatically.

Promotional or discounted purchases are subject to the same refund policy unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

Enterprise or custom agreements may have separate refund terms as specified in the individual service agreement.

088. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the matter by contacting us at [email protected] with "Refund Dispute" in the subject line.

Disputes will be reviewed by a senior team member within 5 business days.

As a registered Egyptian company, we comply with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency (CPA) regulations. You may also file a complaint with the CPA if the dispute remains unresolved.

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
