Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services provided by Core Cave ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Core Cave provides software engineering, design, and consulting services including but not limited to:

Custom web and mobile application development.

AI and machine learning solutions.

Cloud infrastructure design and deployment.

Technical strategy and architecture consulting.

Product design and UX engineering.

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement will be defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work.

Certain services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Core Cave or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, we retain all intellectual property rights to our proprietary tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used in delivering services.

Ownership of custom work product created specifically for a client will be defined in the applicable service agreement.

By using our services, you agree to:

Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts.

Not use our services to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content.

Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our services without express written permission.

Provide accurate information and cooperate in good faith during any engagement.

Payment terms, including fees, schedules, and methods, will be specified in the applicable service agreement or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance.

Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is overdue by more than 30 days.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of an engagement.

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business plans, technical specifications, source code, customer data, and financial information.

This obligation of confidentiality survives the termination of any service agreement for a period of 3 years.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Cave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Core Cave, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of our services in violation of these Terms.

Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Any content you provide to us that infringes on third-party rights.

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable service agreement.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice.

Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive will continue in effect, including intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

These Terms, together with any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Core Cave regarding your use of our services.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
